Instructions: Participants sit or stand in a circle. The first participant says their name. The next repeats previous names and adds their own. Each participant continues the full sequence and adds their name. The final participant repeats all names in order.
Adaptations for Neurodiversity:
- Allow passing without pressure
- Split into smaller circles to reduce cognitive load
- Use visible name tags
- Allow peer or facilitator support
- No penalty for forgetting
Sensory and Safety Considerations: Low sensory demand. Predictable structure supports emotional safety.

Encourage slow pacing at the beginning. Help if participants get stuck.
